What is the name of your event?

What is the date/s of your event?

Does your event require GMP to bump in day/s before the event? For example, if your event commences on a Saturday, will you require GMP to bump in on the Friday. Or is it fine to bump in on the day of the event?

Where is your event located?

How many attendees do you anticipate having (per day)?

How many food vendors do you anticipate having?

Do you have a kitchen onsite which we could use to wash the dishes? If so please advise how many sinks it has and whether it has a dishwasher available. Please also advise number of dishwashers and whether it is an under bench, pass through or your standard dishwasher that you would have at home.

If no kitchen onsite, will there be access for us to use power?

If no kitchen onsite, will there be access for us to use running water?

If no kitchen onsite, can we dispose of grey water into a drain or sewerage system close by?

Will the food vendors be located in the same area?

What time will the food vendors begin and conclude serving food?

Reusable cups have recently been added to our product listing and is a separate cost to our plates and bowls. If you would like to add cups (suitable for cold drinks only) to your quote pls answer the following questions. What drinks will be served in the cups?

Please provide an approximate number of serves per day (if possible - just to give us a gauge of how many cups you will need)

If cups are for bars, please provide the number of bars using the reusable cups.
