    CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

    Jess is an accomplished event coordinator with experience across the hotel, music, and hospitality industries. She started her career in the hotel sector as an Event Coordinator before working as the Customer Experience Manager at Rhythm and Vines Music Festival in New Zealand. Jess later transitioned to Australia, where she worked on various events and hotels in Melbourne and Queensland.

    Passionate about sustainability and circular economy practices, Jess has brought her environmental expertise to every project, leaving a lasting impact on the organisations she’s been part of. Outside of work, Jess enjoys hiking, yoga, and traveling. She’s lived in England, played rugby in the USA, and now spends her time creating memories with her family at home in Melbourne.

  • Will Overman

    CO-FOUNDER & GENERAL MANAGER

    Will is a seasoned event professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry, specialising in operations and logistics. He has played key roles at some of the world’s most iconic events, including serving as Waste Manager at Glastonbury Festival, Cleaning Operations Manager at the London Olympics, Backstage Coordinator at Falls Festival, and Event Delivery Manager at Spark Event Group, among many others.

    A true expert in the field, Will has a proven track record of delivering seamless event operations, ensuring every logistical detail is carefully managed. His extensive experience across large-scale festivals and high-profile events has solidified his reputation as a go-to guru in the industry.

    Outside of work, Will is a music enthusiast, regularly attending live shows and enjoying his collection of vinyl records. His passion for both events and music fuels his creative approach to logistics and operations in the event world.

  • Bec Matthews

    EVENT & WASTE MINIMISATION COORDINATOR

    Bec is an environmental professional with a degree in Environmental Science and experience in customer service at Whitehorse City Council, where she supported local residents and promoted sustainability. With a passion for green initiatives, she applies her knowledge of environmental science to foster sustainable practices in urban settings.

    Outside of work, Bec enjoys gardening and creating green spaces that support biodiversity. She is also an active volunteer at a local community garden, sharing her love for sustainable gardening with others. Bec’s commitment to the environment and community drives her to make a lasting impact in both areas.
